A-List Lace Hair – Salon Booking Policy

At A-List Lace Hair, we take great care in preparing for every appointment to ensure each client receives a personalised, high-quality service in a calm and professional environment. To help us manage our schedule fairly and protect the time reserved for each client, the following booking policy applies to all salon services.

Deposit Requirement

A 50% deposit of the total service fee is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Your appointment will only be confirmed once the deposit has been received.

The deposit will be applied toward the final cost of your service on the day of your appointment.

Rescheduling Appointments

If you need to move your appointment, please contact us with reasonable notice before your scheduled appointment time. When sufficient notice is given, we will be happy to transfer your deposit to a new appointment date, subject to availability.

No-Shows

Appointments that are missed without notice (no-shows) will result in the deposit being retained and it cannot be transferred to a future booking.

This policy helps us protect the time reserved for you and allows us to offer availability to other clients.

Arrival Time and Grace Period

We kindly ask clients to arrive on time for their appointment.

A short grace period of up to 10 minutes may be accommodated where possible. However, arriving significantly late may result in your appointment needing to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid disrupting other clients.

Additional Guests

To maintain a professional working environment and to respect the privacy and comfort of all clients, children and additional guests (plus ones) are not permitted in the styling room during appointments.

Our services often involve detailed consultations, fittings, and personal transformations, so we ask that clients attend their appointment alone unless otherwise agreed in advance.
