A-List Lace Hair is a 7-figure premium wig and beauty brand with studios in London and New York. Known for our luxury glueless wigs, viral content, and loyal community, we’re now hiring an in-salon content and partnership coordinator to help scale our creative efforts and affiliate reach even further.

Location: A-List Lace Hair London Studio
Type: Freelance / Contractor
Schedule: 3–4 days per week, 6–8 hours per day
Compensation: £15–£20+ per hour (flexible, based on performance)

This is a hands-on, creative role based in our salon. You'll capture content in real time, film transformations, gather customer testimonials, coordinate with models and creators, and support the editing and ideation process. You'll also assist with influencer outreach and community engagement.

If you’re passionate about beauty, social media, and storytelling and you’re comfortable behind a camera or phone this could be the perfect

• Film customer transformations, testimonials, and stylist sessions (with permission)
• Capture UGC-style content with models and products in the salon
• Edit short-form content (Reels, TikToks) with captions, hooks, and formats provided by our creative team
• Post content across TikTok, Instagram Stories/Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook
• Go Live on IG/TikTok showcasing products and styling tips
• Research trending beauty content ideas weekly using TikTok, IG Reels, YouTube Shorts
• Support outreach to affiliate creators via DM
• Assist with sourcing and inviting models for content days
• Brainstorm and test new concepts (e.g. “Pack a wig with us”, “Day in the life of a stylist”)

Who You Are
• Confident with filming and editing on mobile or camera
• Comfortable speaking to customers and gathering feedback/testimonials

• Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, CapCut or mobile editing apps
• Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
• Previous salon or beauty content experience a bonus but not required

Now Hiring: Hair Stylist & Wig Specialist

📍 London (Kensington) & New York (Manhattan)

🕐 Part-time freelance – 16–30 hours per week

💼 About the Role

We're expanding our team of passionate, skilled stylists at both our London and NYC studios. This is a hands-on salon-based role ideal for someone experienced in wig installs who thrives in a fast-paced, high-end environment and is excited to be part of a growing global brand.

You’ll be working with our signature luxury glueless HD lace wigs and providing premium services to an international clientele, alongside opportunities to be featured in social content and campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Install and style HD lace wigs for clients in-studio
  
• Customise wigs (bleach knots, pluck hairline, style as requested)
  
• Perform client consultations and advise on haircare & maintenance
  
• Support occasional in-studio content creation (filming BTS, transformations)
  
• Maintain a clean and professional workstation
  
• Represent the brand with professionalism and warmth

• Valid cosmetology license (required for NYC)
  
• Minimum 1 year experience installing wigs professionally
  
• Skilled in working with HD lace and glueless techniques
  
• Confident styling across textures (straight, wavy, curly, kinky)
  
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
  

Bonus Points

• Experience with glueless wigs or styling A-List Lace Hair units
  
• Comfortable on camera or working during content filming
  
• Familiarity with hair transformations, styling trends, and tutorials

Compensation
