Lovely hair, you can definitely tell the difference from cheaper brands. Only reason I haven’t given 5 stars is because there seems to be a lot of shedding. Hoping this is because it’s new and it settles.
Lovely silky hair, no manufacturer smell. Sophisticated length. Very quick delivery service.
The Argan Oli serum has such a smooth velvet texture. Smells absolutely divine and works perfectly on the hair. Worth the money.

I was so impressed with the ordering experience. My order arrived in a beautiful box. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the quality of the wig. I wore it for a couple of days and was very unhappy. Long story short got in contact with customer services. I returned. It was then deep conditioned and returned back. Looks alot better but does not look as impressive as the pictures.
It's a great oil but the bottle is tiny. I think for the price it should be bigger or at least show how small it is on the website.
Beautiful wig. However, I was not satisfied with the cap. It is different from the wigs previously ordered. Unable to adjust to make the fit feel comfortable and primarily secure on my head.

After trying on the wig, I've found that it doesn't fit the way I expected. The wig looks quite different from how it appears on the model, and unfortunately, the fit is too small for me. In addition, the clips on either side are uncomfortable and dig into my head, making the wig painful to wear.
For my next purchase, I plan to book an appointment at your salon so that a hairstylist can properly fit the wig and ensure I receive the correct size. I think having a professional fitting will help me achieve a much better result.
I wanted to share this feedback and would appreciate any advice you may have regarding the fit of my current wig.

Hair quality and colouring is great. I’ve never had a wig coloured so well it’s very natural. When it arrived it felt very special and a lot of thought process has gone into it. Only thing I’d change about the wig is I’d put little comb clips on the inside towards the front of the lace to ensure it doesn’t move backwards if you’re not using glue. I find it slips down quite a bit if not secured by glue . The density is lower than I expected for the price but I actually don’t like hugely dense full wigs so it suits me and looks more natural.I’ve washed hair too and used curlers and straighteners and can say it’s truly legitimate and responds well to both! I haven’t worn a wig in 5 years so I’m glad I chose this brand as my first all over again!
