Wig not the same with the one advertised. Not worth anything close to the amount charged. I’m so disappointed. I rushed to cut the lace without examining I should have returned it.

The colour was a bit too dark for me so experimented with the colour! Hetting used to the result🫣
One star removed because of the smell of the unit. It took two washes to reduce the odour and it still slightly evident when wet. Hopefully will resolve over time.
The cap is too big when considering the ear tabs. Its hard to adjust them such that they lay flat behind your ear and not push them forward poking them out with or without the band, clips or hooks in the back.
The hair does shed a lot. From the moment I brushed it even with a wide tooth comb. I followed the directions exactly. I have never bleached or dyed the hair. It is the same as when I took it out the box.
I do feel like the wig was stuffed into the bag it was shipped in because it was pretty tangled at the ends.
It must have been a returned wig and maybe that is why it was cheaper.
I do think the hair is soft, and if washed the way you instructed, it stays that way after each wash. However I feel that it becomes very dry looking after a few days. I do not not use any products with alcohol, sulphates or parables. I actually use really good expensive products.
Overall it the hair is good if you don't plan to use it but a few times and don't mind the shedding every time you comb it.
I expected it to be better based in the description. I do not think it is beginner friendly because there is too much adjusting and so on to it.
I do wear a medium cap, so I did not order too big. Most of their small caps are pre-order and takes more than a month to several extended weeks to get.

First off the girl at the reception was more concerned with her phone than answering my questions. She had very poor manners and bad attitude. This did not surprise me as it’s not the first time I’ve been there and experienced this. The hair length was not 24’, which is what I had paid for. I asked for a measuring tape and was told they don’t have any on the premises. At closer inspection the hair was cut uneven . The hair at the nape was much shorter than the entire length. The wig itself started shedding right away and on a daily basis after that. Even after washing it gently. The hair is certainly not virgin as advertised, the density is lower than shown on the website, the colour also changed after the first wash. This is the last time I will use this company. I expect to get what I pay for this hair is certainly not worth £500+. Better to buy my hair in Dubai where the quality is 100% authentic , you get what you pay for.
The wig is terrible and I'm trying to return it . The small cap size is soooooo tight it hurt my head for 20 mins and I only tried it on. The hair quality is not great, I've seen better. This was supposed to be a luxury wig company, I haven't seen that part yet . I had much better from other brands . Never again I'm one and done .
2nd wig purchased lightweight easy styling bouncy excellent quality and worth every penny. At 63 I feel absolutely fabulous. Finally I have a wig that fits perfectly. Thank you 😊
Over hyped not advertised , Item delivered did not match what was ordered. Disappointed for a special occasion had to buy another wig last minute for the event ,still waiting for a refund and yet receiving scam messages . Don't believe all the paid influencer and ads

The hair is soft with no manufacturer smells, very easy to manage and style. There is a lot of shedding but seems to be common with Kinky straight hair so would still buy again. Thank you A. List Hair
