MAKING AMENDMENTS TO YOUR ORDER
Custom made full lace wig and lace front Wig orders are processed with 24-72hours of receipt of your payment. Therefore any changes to your fulll lace wigs or lace front wigs MUST BE received no later than 24 hours from the time you placed your order. Any lace wig order amendments after this time will be subject to a fee equal to half the cost (deposit) to cover
the cost of wasted materials.

CANCELLATION OF CUSTOM ORDERS

Custom made full lace wigs and lace front wigs go in to production shortly after you place an order with us.
If you wish to cancel or change anything in your lace wig order this must be done within 24 hours. As all Custom made full lace wigs and lace front wigs are made to your specific measurements and customisations it may be difficult to get another customer to purchase you custom made lace wig or lace front wig. Therefore all lace wig orders that are cancelled or changed after 24 hours will be charged a 50% cancellation fee which will be deducted from your deposit. This cancellation fee will not be waived under any circumstances.


REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Our mission at A-List Lace Hair and Beauty is to provide you with full lace wigs and full lace front wigs that are made to a high standard of Quality craftsmanship and only the best premium 100% remy hair available. Quality and customer satisfaction is very important to us. We inspect all our lace wigs prior to supplying or fitting to ensure that they meet your specification and our high quality assurance standards. We realise that purchasing a lace front wig or full lace wig is an investment and want to ensure that your experience with A-List lace hair and beauty is a pleasant one you will be happy with.

Due to sanitary reasons we do not accept returns or give exchanges for lace wigs or lace front wigs that have been worn, styled, cut of lace or hair, products applied such as glue or hair products etc. Although we do not offer refunds, we do offer our customers 3 business days to exchange your stock lace wig or incstock lace front wig as long as the terms below are met, the lace front wig or full lace wig is still in its brand new condition and we have not fitted it.

Hair products such as adhesive, tape, remover etc are not returnable.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR QUALIFYING FOR AN EXCHANGE
If you receive your lace front wig or full lace wig and believe there is a problem with it, please notify us before you leave our hair studio. If received by post, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your lace wig or front lace wig. Our consultant will determine whether the lace wig can be amended, revented, repaired or needs to be remade. Full Lace wig Repairs can take up to 8 weeks. Remakes will take 4-5 weeks. No exceptions.

If you receive your “in stock” lace wigs and you decide that you do not like the colour, style, length or texture you ordered you can be issued with a credit note to use towards another lace wig at anytime as long as you meet the terms and conditions in this policy.

We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the terms in our returns policy are not met. We do not accept returns on lace wigs and lace front wigs that have been altered NO EXCEPTIONS. This includes but is not limited to doing any of the following:

DO NOT alter the lace wigs in any way
DO NOT cut the lace wigs
DO NOT tear the lace wig or rip the lace wigs
DO NOT put glue on the lace wigs or adhesive on the lace wigs
DO NOT put products on the lace wigs
DO NOT put any chemicals on the lace wigs
DO NOT dye the lace wigs
DO NOT style or cut the hair of the lace wigs
DO NOT perm the lace wigs
DO NOT wash or condition the lace wigs
DO NOT wear the lace wigs


Be careful when applying or removing your full lace wig and always follow the care instructions that are given with your purchase. We will not be responsible for lace wigs that are ripped, torn or damaged by the customer, or any one else after purchase. Lace wig units that are ripped or torn by the customer are not subject to an exchange or refund.

You must read understand and agree to act accordingly to the above policy before purchasing a lace wig product.
