General Information
Here at A-List Lace Hair we strive to make our work the very best and will be more then happy to help all our clients/ customers if there are any problems/ queries. However our refund and exchange policy is very clear pleases read carefully.
Once lace hair products, full lace wigs, lace front wigs or Lace Frontals are purchased from A-List lace Hair you have agreed and understood the refunds and exchange policy and accept without dispute that A-List Lace hair are not liable to you or anyone else as disclosed in the Disclaimer (please read).
Important
Ultra Hold (The adhesive used to fit full lace wigs and lace front wigs) is not 100% guaranteed to hold on to the skin without lifting over a period of time. The length of time for the Lace wig to stay without lifting on to the skin depends on your skin type e.g. oily/ combination/ normal dry/ sensitive etc.
As everyone’s skin is different it is advised that you purchase the adhesive to avoid disappointment, so that if lifting does occur you may apply the adhesive to the area that has lifted safely and with confidence by your self in the comfort of you own home.
Failure to remove the lace hair wigs/ adhesive accurately could result in damage, breaking of the hair line or irritation of the skin. A-List Lace hair has advised that you use C22 remover to take off the lace wigs and to remove any excess after original fitting. A-list Lace Hair will not accept liability for miss use of products or failure to follow procedure.
Please make sure you understand how this product works and the procedure in which it takes to fit and maintain lace wigs and front lace wigs. If in any doubt speak with one of our hair/ beauty professionals before having this service or applying any of the suggested products.
A-list Lace Hair will be happy to retouch or refit your full lace wig or front lace wigsfree of charge if lifting occurs, adhesive residue or discomfort occurs within the first 5 days of primary fitting. After this period there will be a charge of £25 to refit/ tidy your full lace wig or lace front wig.
Appointments
Appointments are required; we will attempt to contact you the day before to confirm your time and date but ultimately it is your responsibility to make sure that you arrive on time.
Punctuality
Time is valuable to all of us; Punctuality is a necessity for all appointments. Any client arriving more then 30 mins past the time of their appointment maybe asked to reschedule. If you may have a delay please contact A-List lace Hair informing us of your situation to avoid disappointment.
Delivery
All UK packages are delivered using either Royal Mail 1st class postage, Royal Mail recorded Delivery or Royal Mail Special delivery before 1pm to provide a faster secure guaranteed delivery service.
International orders take longer but are usually delivered within 4 days for Europe and 7 days worldwide.
In-stock Lace hair wigs/Lace front wigs/ lace wig products
All in-stock full lace wigs provided by A-List lace hair are one size fit all medium cap size heads 21-22.5 circumference. Front to nape up to 14.5 inches. And are sold subject to availability. If you have not placed a deposit to secure the full lace wig then the lace wig may be sold accordingly to A-List Lace Hair discretion.
